Alert Types

GoBus will issue alerts for matters related to general GoBus service. It will not be used to relay information related to individual trips. We will send:

• Weather alerts when GoBus is suspending service or experiencing delays due to weather or road conditions
• Technical alerts if we experience outages with our phone lines or computer systems
• Policy alerts when there are new or changing policies/procedures that impact our customers
• Information alerts when we have other service related information to relay to customers
